We provide emotional and practical support for families who have seriously ill children. We offer the whole family support 24/7 regardless of diagnosis and for as long as it is needed.
Our vision is for all families who have a child with a life threatening or terminal illness to have access to a CHARITY carer at this time of great need.
We currently support more than 1 in 4 of all families. It is our intention to expand geographically and introduce new services to meet this total demand.
Increase the number of families receiving our high-quality services by expanding capacity in existing teams, increasing referral rates and exploring the introduction of new care team.
Pilot and develop services to provide support to families in neonatal intensive care units, explore new geographic areas for expansion, reviewing continuing care.
Increase the profile of Charity, leading to increased public awareness about the issues of child social palliative care by developing links with other organisations.
Continue to ensure that marketing and fundraising activities effectively deliver income and raise our profile.
